OPERATIONS DEVELOPER
We seek a highly organized and motivated Business Operations Developer to support our growing business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, business development, and strategy, as well as experience in fabrication and design.
This position will support the business's daily operations and assist in the growth and development of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and forecasting
Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
Assist in the management of projects, including fabrication and design
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure that all necessary information is gathered and shared
Assist with the development and management of marketing and sales efforts
Help to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and potential partnerships
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, business development, and strategy
Experience in fabrication, construction, or design industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with project management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in Apple & Windows ecosystem, QuickBooks, and project management software
Passion for working in a start-up environment, with a willingness to wear multiple hats and work in a fast-paced environment
LOCATION

SALARY
$54K - $64K
