PROJECT DESIGNER
Makeplus seeks an experienced and highly skilled custom architectural fabrication designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in custom fabrication design and a strong understanding of Rhino 3D and Adobe Creative Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design custom architectural fabrication projects, including but not limited to architectural metalwork, custom cabinetry, and furniture.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are functional, structurally sound, and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
Create detailed and accurate 3D renderings and shop drawings using Rhino 3D.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for image manipulation, layout, and graphic design.
Communicate with clients, providing design and technical expertise to meet their needs.
Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings, fabrication details, and bills of materials.
Supervise and manage the fabrication process, ensuring that designs are executed on time and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Expertise in Rhino 3D and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of fabrication and construction methods and materials
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in architectural metalwork, custom cabinetry, and furniture design is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

SALARY
$56K - $64K
