RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to budget

  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and fabrication teams

  • Monitor and manage project risks, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies

  • Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate project status to stakeholders

  • Ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with building codes and regulations as needed.

  • Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management

  • Proficient in project management software

  • Strong understanding of fabrication and construction methods and materials

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience in architectural metalwork, custom cabinetry, and furniture design is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

LOCATION

  • Los Angeles, CA

SALARY

  • $56K - $65K
