PROJECT DEVELOPER
Makeplus seeks a Project Developer with experience in custom architectural fabrication design to join our team.
The ideal candidate can manage the end-to-end project cycle, from conceptual design to installation, for custom architectural fabrication projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to budget
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and fabrication teams
Monitor and manage project risks, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies
Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate project status to stakeholders
Ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with building codes and regulations as needed.
Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
Proficient in project management software
Strong understanding of fabrication and construction methods and materials
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in architectural metalwork, custom cabinetry, and furniture design is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

SALARY
$56K - $65K
